Todd Rockoff
Co-Founder, CEO, Director
Todd’s focused vision and drive have positioned HYPHY at the cutting edge of video system and equipment design technology. With over 38 years experience in tech startup leadership positions, ranging from chips through to parallel systems, Todd has a strong track record of transforming theoretical concepts into practical, market-ready products. As CEO of Intensys, a Silicon Valley semiconductor startup, Todd attracted strong investment in the company, enabling him to recruit a top-notch team of specialists, to develop parallel computer architecture ideas into a series of patents, semiconductor products and parallel computer programming software tools. His founding of the highly successful HDcctv Alliance resulted in the global sale of multi-millions of interoperable HD video cameras for security and surveillance. Todd holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, a BSc in Computer Engineering (Summa Cum Laude), and a BA in Mathematics, both from Penn State University.

Rob Hannebauer
Co-Founder, Chief Scientist
Rob is an Inventor, Technologist and CEO/CTO of Lumiense group: Lumiense Photonics, Metrio Sensors, Imagica Technology and Stratafire. He holds 50+ patents and has led technical innovation in startups across semiconductor processes, image sensors, MEMS and displays for over 38 years. Rob is the part-time CTO for HYPHY, working on advanced coding techniques for future development while executing daily on the analog design of the company’s first chip. He holds a BSc in Physics, and a BApSc in Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Rob Clarke
VLSI Engineering Leader
When it comes to getting the most out of an integrated circuit, Rob is the best. His notable achievements include playing an integral role for the CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency and innovation catalyst, where Rob developed and managed Australia’s first multi-project chip implementation system. He is the founder and Managing Director of RADLogic, an independent Australian integrated circuit company, and brings to HYPHY 40 years experience specializing in analog and mixed-signal IC design. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and PhD from the University of Adelaide.

Morgan Dioli
CFO
Morgan Dioli brings financial management to the forefront for early stage companies that take success seriously. His professional insights have enlightened many executives in the fine arts of unit economics, margin analysis and growth forecasting. Morgan has an MBA from Georgetown, he co-authored the acclaimed book “Never Startup Alone”, and ran his own consulting firm for 10 years.

Alex Henzen
Dir. Display Technology, Project Manager
Alex is a multiple award-winning display technology specialist who has accrued over 35 years TFT display panel design and implementation experience. In addition to his work for HYPHY, Alex is Professor in Display Technology at South China Normal University, as well as being the founder and CEO of Liquid Light Ltd. Among his many achievements, Alex has held program management positions at Philips, and been VP of Process Development at CLEARink Displays. Alex provides overall project management and supports implementation of display drivers on LCD and OLED displays. He holds a MSc in Chemistry from Leiden University.

Sara Pecharich
Chief of Staff
Sara facilitates HYPHY’s cognitive processes and manages operational and administrative activities for the CEO. In addition to this she is responsible for the implementation of executives’ targets, handling human resources, investor relations, administration, and logistics management. Her tools of communication, collaboration, value of people and relationships, enable her to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Sara has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Arizona, an MSc in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion of HR from Cornell University.

Anthony Pullen
Intellectual Property Manager
Anthony has held various positions in research, product engineering, and intellectual property for E Ink Corporation, A123 Systems, and CLEARink Displays. A named inventor on 60+ US and foreign issued patents, Anthony has additionally worked in university technology transfer and has consulted for multiple startup companies in the areas of lithium ion batteries, electrophoretic displays, and related technologies. Anthony assists in contract review at HYPHY and manages the intellectual property portfolio including budgeting, capturing inventions, and working closely with foreign and domestic counsel in patent prosecution matters. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from Ball State University, a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Florida, and is a Registered Patent Agent (USPTO).

Igor Tsimerman
Director of Engineering
Igor is a technology enthusiast and passionate visionary with over 18 years in the semiconductor industry, including working to develop next-generation 3D cameras in his role as System Integration Manager for Intel, Israel. He has a strong background in people management and leading high-speed systems development in multidisciplinary environments such as HW development, Silicon IPs and validation strategies. As HYPHY’s Director of Engineering, Igor leads the ongoing, multidisciplinary engineering activities and is responsible for all the company’s product deliveries. Igor holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Scott Dietzen
Director
In the competetive Tech Entrepreneurship field, notorious for its challenges and failures, Scott has successfully proven himself an incredible four times. His experience as Vice Chairman of the Board for Pure Storage in addition to his highly regarded leadership and technologist positions at WebLogic, Zimbra and Transarc, make this “Technical Evangelist and Product Visionary” a valuable asset to HYPHY. Scott holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
